Applying a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, and transversal approach, the data collection technique was a survey including 10 closed questions, applied to professors of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, taking into consideration 35 professionals through a convenience sampling. Thus, the vision, perspective, and opinion that teachers have about conflicts in family businesses. were obtained. The main finding of the study reveals that the teachers surveyed have a clear picture of the variables involved in the possible conflicts that exist in family businesses, such as lack of succession planning, differences of opinion and vision among family members, communication and transparency problems, lack of separation between family and business or establishment of clear boundaries and roles; It is concluded that the perception and analysis of conflicts in family businesses by teachers are crucial to successfully address this problem.
